Our A . BITUMEN MODIFY PLANT Plant is a complete system that combines heating, dosing, milling, and control to produce a uniform dispersion of bitumen in water. The process is safer and more energy-efficient than hot bitumen methods, making it ideal for cold‑mix asphalt, tack coats, surface dressing, and more.
Every plant is built around a high‑shear colloid mill – the “heart” of the system – which reduces bitumen to microscopic droplets (1–10 microns) to create a stable emulsion. The PLC‑based control panel monitors flow rates, temperatures, and dosing ratios in real time, ensuring consistent quality batch after batch.
The heart of the plant – produces uniform bitumen droplets (1‑10 µm) for a stable, long‑shelf‑life emulsion.
Safer and more energy‑efficient than hot bitumen processes; optimized thermic fluid heating reduces fuel consumption.
Real‑time monitoring of temperature, flow, and dosing ratios ensures consistent product quality and safety.
Easy‑access panels and standardized parts reduce downtime and service costs.
Available in batch or continuous, stationary or mobile/containerized designs to suit any project scale.
On‑site commissioning, training, and spare parts support across 32 countries.
Rapid‑setting emulsions (CRS‑1, CRS‑2) for sealing and waterproofing road surfaces.
Slow‑setting (CSS‑1, SS‑1) emulsions for bonding asphalt layers and sealing granular bases.
Medium‑setting (CMS‑2, MS) emulsions for producing cold‑mix asphalt in rural and hill roads.
Polymer‑modified CSS‑type emulsions for high‑performance surface treatments.
Slow‑setting emulsions for dust control and stabilising base layers.
Cold‑mix emulsions and waterproofing membranes for maintenance work.

The plant can produce Rapid‑Setting (RS), Medium‑Setting (MS), and Slow‑Setting (SS) emulsions, both cationic and anionic, by adjusting emulsifier type and dosage. Commercially popular grades include CRS‑1, CRS‑2, CMS‑2, CSS‑1, and CSS‑2.
Yes, we offer both stationary and mobile/containerized designs for easy transport and rapid setup across multiple project sites.
Standard units ship in 6–8 weeks from order confirmation. On‑site commissioning and training are included.
